The New Lots Avenue Library, in East New York is hosting a low-impact aerobics class, Thursday April 4, 2019, from 6-7pm. Enjoy the benefits of aerobics without the wear and tear on your body and joints. A fun, upbeat aerobics class that may include some floor and yoga moves. If you have a mat, feel free to bring it. This class is all ages. Instructor: Regina (Shape Up NYC). Free and open to the public.
Shape Up NYC is a free, drop-in fitness program with locations across the five boroughs. There is no class registration, simply show up to take fitness classes like aerobics, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and much more. Our fitness instructors know how to make fitness fun!
Shape Up NYC is a free program. You do not need to be a member of a recreation center in order to attend a class, though you must bring a lock for classes held at recreation centers.
